Brochure

Using Adobe InDesing, I was able to create this brochure about the People of San Francisco. Now it may look difficult, but in fact with the right aid (an InDesign geek), it's really a piece of cake!

Photoshop

This image is in the photoshop section of my projects because unkown to the viewer it is saved in "web" format. "Web" format is an option Photoshop has for you to save an image by shrinking its size and quality for web purposes. Before posting an image online, I recommend you to shrink its size otherwise it will take too long to load and by then you will have lost your viewer. Here's what you do: Open an image in photoshop. "Save for Web". Choose one of the squares that you think looks best yet with a small size (best to keep it under 150KB) You can edit an image by playing around with the settings on the right side of the screen. Then click on save and post it online. That's it!

This image was also created in photoshop. Using the same image as the one above, I converted it to what is called "Filter". There are many filters in photoshop that you can apply to any image. Simply go to the menu bar located at the top and look for "Filter". Scroll down and select one to your liking. Note that choosing one can take a while since photoshop has given us many options. It's good to try them all.
The one applied to this image is called "Glowing Edges".
If you plan to also use a filtered image onlibe, don't forget to "Save for Web".
